Spotlight of the Week:Pencil Skirts

This weeks spotlight of the week is pencil skirts! Pencil are a wardrobe staple. They can be fun and playful and yet they can also be perfect for the office. I have quite a few pencil skirts because you can just never have enough! I wore this look last week when it was HOT. The jean jacket was perfect layering piece for cold buildings.
